Winemaker Hosts Harvest Feast Presenting our 22nd Nebbiolo

Winemaker Luca Paschina has chosen our longest-standing culinary tradition, the annual Italian Harvest Feast scheduled for September 9th at 1:00pm, to celebrate the release of Nebbiolo Reserve 2020, the 22nd vintage of one of our most honored wines. Nebbiolo is the most historic, prestigious, and truly unexpected success of Virginia, and of this estate in particular, in presenting great Italian varietals in the New World. Just returned from his yearly visit with his family to the cultivated slopes of the Langhe Nebbiolo region – where he established himself in the career in wine which brought him here in 1991 – his first Nebbiolo for us (1998) won the Gold Medal at the San Francisco International Wine Competition, and succeeding vintages have held widening interest ever since.
